Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
- Products are shipped using approved third-party freight carriers.
- Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery timelines are determined at the time the order is processed.
- Signature Reflections reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Signature Reflections is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Freight carrier delays
- Supply chain disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the dealer or customer
Delivery & Inspection
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If visible damage is present, it must be:
- Noted on the delivery receipt before signing for the shipment
- Reported to Signature Reflections within 48 hours
- Supported with clear photo documentation
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Order Accuracy & Acceptance
It is the responsibility of the dealer or installer to verify all order details before submission, including:
- Measurements
- Product specifications
- Finishes
- Quantities
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it is considered final.
Signature Reflections is not responsible for ordering errors, incorrect measurements, site conditions, or design assumptions made by the dealer or customer.

Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds
All sales are final. Signature Reflections does not issue cash refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if a product is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing error and the claim is reviewed and approved in writing by Signature Reflections.
If approved, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Signature Reflections in the form of:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
Not Covered
- Labor costs
- Installation costs
- Removal or reinstallation costs
- Project delays or related expenses

Return Policy
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written authorization from Signature Reflections. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused upon arrival.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return approval, items must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in original packaging
- Be returned within the approved return timeframe
- Include original order information or invoice
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Special-order products
- Clearance or discontinued items
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or installation
Restocking Fees
Restocking fee: 15% – 30% depending on product category
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the dealer or customer

Damaged or Defective Products
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include photos of:
- Product damage
- Original packaging
- Freight labels
Failure to submit this documentation may result in claim denial.
Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported before installation.
Products that have already been installed are considered accepted and may not qualify for defect claims unless otherwise approved by Signature Reflections.

Refused Shipments
Shipments refused without prior authorization may:
- Incur return freight charges
- Be subject to restocking fees
- Result in dealer account suspension or review

Installation Disclaimer
Signature Reflections is not responsible for installation errors or related jobsite issues. We are not liable for:
- Labor costs
- Installation or removal expenses
- Project delays
- Secondary or consequential damages
Proper installation is the responsibility of a certified installer.

Signature Reflections reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Policies in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
